Shipping Policy

We ship to customers across the United States. The countries we currently deliver to are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Our products ship from fulfillment partners, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates and any available free-shipping offers are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. If any import duties or fees apply to your shipment, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless they were collected at checkout.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after you receive it. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at 1shopstore110@gmail.com and we will investigate and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it.
