How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to start updating.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs and any free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before you pay.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send it back.

Can I return an item?

Yes, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to get return instructions. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering and before it ships, and we'll cancel or update it.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
